Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for acceptable use of Orbit AI, automation, coding, browser, API, and workflow features.

These rules apply to conversations, files, models, developer APIs, browser context, agents, automations, voice, code, connected tools, and desktop actions. Enforcement considers context, intent, impact, and repeat behavior.

001 / Lawful Use

Use Orbit only for lawful, authorized, and ethical purposes. You are responsible for complying with laws, platform terms, contracts, and data rights that apply to your activity.

002 / No Harmful Activity

Do not use Orbit to build, deploy, or materially assist malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized exploit chains, botnets, spam, fraud, denial of service, or access to systems, accounts, devices, or data without permission.

003 / No Rights Violations

Do not upload, generate, scrape, or distribute content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or contractual rights.

004 / No Deception

Do not use Orbit to impersonate people or organizations, misrepresent identity, create fraudulent documents, manipulate reviews, or run deceptive campaigns.

005 / No Harassment or Abuse

Do not use Orbit to threaten, harass, exploit, dox, stalk, sexually exploit, or target people or protected groups. Child sexual abuse material and grooming are strictly prohibited and may be reported as required by law.

006 / Regulated Uses

Do not use Orbit as the sole decision system for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, insurance, education access, law enforcement, weapons, critical infrastructure, or other safety-critical outcomes. Qualified human review is required.

007 / Automation Limits

Automated browsing, messaging, scraping, testing, and workflow execution must respect rate limits, consent, robots rules, and third-party service terms.

008 / Security Research

Security testing must be authorized, scoped, non-destructive, and must avoid accessing or exposing data that is not yours.

009 / Account Integrity

Do not share accounts in ways that bypass plan limits, resell access without permission, evade usage restrictions, or interfere with service operations.

010 / Enforcement

Orbit may throttle, block, suspend, terminate, remove content, or report activity when needed to protect users, infrastructure, rights holders, or legal compliance.
