Effective: August 23, 2026Last updated: August 23, 2026Orbit Systems B.V.
Orbit can draft, analyze, code, use connected context, and propose or perform tool actions. AI output is probabilistic. Keep a qualified person in control of decisions and review external actions before completion.

001 / Human Responsibility

You are responsible for prompts, instructions, files, selected models, connected accounts, tool permissions, automated actions, and decisions made from AI output. Use confirmation controls and the least access needed for the task.

002 / No High-Risk Decisions

Do not use Orbit as the sole basis for decisions involving health, legal rights, employment, credit, housing, insurance, public benefits, education access, or safety-critical systems.

003 / Verification

Review and test outputs before shipping code, sending messages, publishing content, executing workflows, or relying on analysis.

004 / Prohibited AI Use

Do not use Orbit to create malware, evade security controls, exploit systems, impersonate people, generate deceptive content, facilitate violence, or violate privacy rights.

005 / Data Rights

Only upload data, code, files, images, or credentials that you have the right to process with Orbit and connected AI providers.

006 / Automation

Automations must respect rate limits, robots rules, platform terms, consent requirements, and applicable laws.

007 / Model Providers

Orbit may route requests among Orbit models and supported providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, and Google/Gemini. Provider availability, context limits, safety systems, data handling, and terms can affect results. Do not send information you are not authorized to share with the selected provider.

008 / Safety Enforcement

Orbit may limit, block, or review activity to prevent abuse, protect users, and comply with law.
