Terms of Service
The rules for using the Orbit web workspace, Windows app, AI conversations, files, models, agents, automations, browser features, developer tools, billing, and support.
001 / Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Orbit, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. You must be at least 16, or the higher minimum age required where you live. If you use Orbit for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.
002 / Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect passwords and authentication codes, and tell Orbit promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
003 / The Orbit service
Orbit is an AI workspace for conversations, research, coding assistance, file understanding, browser automation, agents, workflows, voice and developer access. Availability depends on platform, plan, model entitlement, location, and development status. Experimental or unreleased functions will be labelled.
004 / Your content
You retain your rights in prompts, messages, files, code, workflows, and outputs. You give Orbit a limited licence to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and modify that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and legally operate the service. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it.
005 / AI output and actions
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, outdated, or similar to output provided to others. Review facts, sources, code, files, messages, and proposed tool actions before relying on or deploying them. Orbit is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
006 / Connected tools and automation
You decide what accounts, sites, files, and tools Orbit may access. You are responsible for having permission, reviewing high-impact actions, respecting third-party terms and rate limits, and keeping credentials out of prompts where possible. Tool execution may require confirmation.
007 / Acceptable use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy, AI Usage Policy, intellectual-property policies, and applicable law. Do not bypass safeguards, plan limits, model restrictions, access controls, or billing controls.
008 / Plans, credits, and payment
Prices are shown in EUR unless checkout states otherwise. Paid access may include subscriptions, credits, usage limits, or one-time purchases. Checkout and Orbit Billing control the exact price, tax, renewal interval, included usage, and payment due. Stripe handles card payment flows documented by the current app; Orbit does not ask you to send card details to support.
009 / Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed billing period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active until the paid period ends. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in the Refund Policy. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
010 / Third-party services
Orbit may route requests to supported model, infrastructure, payment, authentication, or integration providers. Their availability and terms can affect the service. Orbit is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its control.
011 / Intellectual property and feedback
Orbit and its software, design, documentation, names, and logos remain owned by Orbit or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights. If you provide feedback, Orbit may use it without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify you publicly without permission.
012 / Beta features and availability
Beta, research, prototype, preview, and planned features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Orbit may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for security, reliability, legal, provider, or product reasons. No uptime commitment applies unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
013 / Suspension and termination
You may stop using Orbit at any time. Orbit may limit, suspend, or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requests, or material policy violations. Where reasonable, Orbit will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
014 / Disclaimers
Orbit is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Orbit does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, particular results, or suitability for professional or safety-critical decisions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
015 / Liability and disputes
Any limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to mandatory law and any signed customer agreement. [LIABILITY CAP REQUIRED] [GOVERNING LAW REQUIRED] [DISPUTE PROCESS REQUIRED]. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
016 / Changes and contact
Orbit may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will receive reasonable notice where required. Questions can be sent to support@orbitdev.org or through Support.
